GDPR & GDPR Compliant Leads

The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018.

As well as scrutinizing our media partners, we ensure best practices around information security, privacy, GDPR compliant leads and transparency. We place a high priority on protecting and managing data in accordance with accepted standards including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.

As an advertising agency we work with 3rd party list owners providing various marketing solutions on behalf of our clients. This will include broadcasting 3rd party email promotions. In these cases, we are not the data controller and as such each provider is responsible for their own GDPR compliance and guidance.

To ensure the integrity of our suppliers we ask our providers to meet certain standards:

1. We ask them to provide us with a copy of their own GDPR statement and compliance.
2. We ask them for a copy of their privacy policy.
3. We ask them to demonstrate evidence of permission of their audience to receive 3rd party messages.

The Data We Hold

As a business, we may hold data relating to you and follow the GDPR guidelines including best practices of legitimate interest and reasonable expectations as per our privacy policy.
